Introduction

Juhyun completed B.S in Molecular biology from University of Hanyang, 2018. He joined the department in Spring 2018. He interested in Cancer genetics and Neuro science. His main research is using RNA-seq analysis to identify novel Alternative Splicing event. Now, he is conducting an alternative splicing study on SNP affecting the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. Also, He is working to integrate genomic and transcript data generated by NGS technology to identify functional exon skipping events and genetic variations, and to discover new molecular mechanisms that impact alternate splicing at the genome level.
