Introduction
Seonggyun Han joined at my lab in Spring 2016. His major during undergraduate and master degree was bioinformatics and currently he worked as a bioinformatician. He has tremendously experience of analysis NGS data such as WGS, RNA-seq, Chip-seq, and methyl-seq. Especially, he is focusing on understanding molecular mechanism for complex diseases, such as cancer and Alzheimer’s disease as well as infectious disease via alternative splicing mechanism with multi-omics data. Also, he developed several NGS tools, including IVAS and IMAS which are Bioconductor packages.
